You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of or restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of the website.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the website and its content are owned by or licensed to us.
Appointments Policy
- To ensure that you get an appointment for the date and time you desire, we suggest booking all appointments a few weeks in advance. Our website displays the most up-to-date availability. Please note that we require a credit card to reserve your appointment.
- Cancellation Policy: For non-group appointments, please provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule. You will be charged $100 if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than twenty-four (24) hours in advance or if there is a no-show. For group appointments, there is a seventy-two (72) hour cancellation policy, and the credit card on file will be charged $200 if canceled less than seventy-two (72) hours in advance. If you arrive more than ten (10) minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule.
Pricing & Prepayments Policy
Pricing for products and services is subject to change at any time. Once prepaid, you have up to 1 year to redeem the purchased service(s).
Returns & Refunds Policy
If you would like to return your purchased skincare product, return the item in its original packaging, unopened, within thirty (30) days of purchase. We do not accept returns on opened or used products. We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards. Prepayments are refundable within ten (10) days of purchase. Services received cannot be refunded. For training courses, payments are non-refundable.
Membership Refund Policy
At Renewal Lounge, we strive to provide the highest quality care and support to our members. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have established the following refund policy for our memberships:
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are available only for memberships that are canceled before the commencement of services, which includes the processing of labs, consultations, or the delivery of any prescribed medication.
Partial Refund for Non-Approval:
- If, after completing the required lab work and/or consultation, it is determined by our provider that you are not an eligible candidate for the membership services, you will be entitled to a partial refund.
- For services requiring both lab work and consultation: The refund will be issued minus a $100 fee to cover the cost of the lab work and consultation.
- For services requiring only a consultation (with no lab work): The refund will be issued minus a $40 fee to cover the cost of the consultation.
No Refunds for Active Memberships:
- Once services have commenced, including the initiation of treatment or receipt of any prescribed medication, the membership fees are non-refundable. This policy is in place to cover the costs of personalized care, ongoing support, and medication management provided to you.
Membership Cancelation:
- Members may cancel their membership at any time, but refunds will only be provided under the conditions outlined above. Upon cancelation, any future billing will cease, but no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the current billing cycle.
Exceptional Circumstances:
- In cases of unforeseen medical issues or other exceptional circumstances, we encourage members to contact us directly. We will review each case individually to determine if a refund or credit is applicable.
Processing Time:
- Please allow 7-10 business days for any approved refunds to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Child Policy
To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while receiving their services. An adult must accompany children under the age of eighteen (18) receiving services.
Pet Policy
For the health and safety of our clients, we have a No-Pets policy. Only working service animals are permitted.
